What can I use hours for?
Anything: custom features, design iterations, bug fixes, strategy, content updates, integrations. Work with you or async. No scope creep — we scope before building.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours are use-it-or-lose-it each month. It keeps projects moving. If you're not using hours, that's a sign your retainer tier might be too big.
Can I use hours on past builds?
Yes. Use hours on anything: new features on old projects, entirely new builds, strategy, anything custom. It all counts against your monthly bucket.
What about the build discount?
When you buy a new build (Starter Site, E-commerce, etc.), your discount applies first. Then prepay 10% applies. Discounts stack multiplicatively.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime before the next billing date and get a refund for the current month. You keep all the work you've done together. No lock-in.
What if I need more than the hourly limit?
Extra hours beyond your monthly limit are billed at your tier's extra-hour rate ($210, $190, or $170/hr depending on tier). Or upgrade to the next tier.
How do I submit work requests?
Slack channel dedicated to your partnership. Requests go there, we scope, prioritize, and execute. Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins depending on tier.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. First month prepaid, then cancel anytime. If you cancel mid-month, you don't get a refund (prepaid), but there's no penalty.
