What counts as "delivery" for the 30-day clock?
Delivery is when we hand you a working, live website (or completed deliverable). The 30 days starts from that date. We'll confirm the delivery date in writing.
What if I ask for a refund after 30 days?
The refund window runs for 30 days from delivery. After that it has expired — though if something is wrong with work we delivered, talk to us and we'll make it right.
Do I keep the domain and content if I get a refund?
Your domain and the content you provided were always yours, and they stay yours. The build itself — the design and code — becomes yours when the project is paid for; a refunded build isn't kept. Exact ownership terms are in your agreement.
What about the retainer — can I cancel mid-month?
